It's so funny that only Rania got this much attention when other skinnier actresses wore similar dress styles, like salma abu deif for exmaple, and got no hate and no one talk about it. I think this is just because Rania got memed a lot in egyptian reddits, forums, facebook & twitter and the attention from those memes lead to all that happening. However, people really could care less, since girls in Egypt wear "revealing" clothes all the time in higher class areas.

My opinion is that if another culture does things you don’t agree with that is fine. You can share your opinion. But you’re not free to take action to change their culture. That is just some narcissistic arrogance. Acting like the opinions and morals of you and your culture are superior and should be adopted by all.
Imho the whoring that is getting more and more popular should be ground to a halt. Even if it means prosecuting all those women.

you gotta understand that Egypt is a Muslim country . wich means over 99.9% of Egyptians are Muslim . and being seen half naked is a sin . not a normal dress . u see it normal because you are from different culture . so when actors and singers do stuff that go against the whole country believes the court have no choice but to do something about it . if if she didn't get a proper punishment the people of egypt will get angry at there government as they want a muslim government not a feminist one . but i blame the egypt government too for having harsh punishment for minor things like that .

Bonjour !

Reporting from Europe: French rural roads all the way from Paris to Marseilles have been going strong with protesters, impressively keeping its momentum strong through out the past three weeks. However one should keep in mind that strikes, rioting and protesting has been an integral part of the French “culture” since the lynching of their own Royal Family.

I personally live in Egypt and being honest you're not even seeing the full picture. Back in 2014 women who wore T-SHIRTS like just fucking T-shirts got acid thrown on them, some people are gay in this country and get killed for being it. You wanna change religions (islam to christian) ? guess what your family can kill you if they want. Oh you got raped? guess what your rapist has to marry you. And that's only just a small amount of shit that happens. It's disgusting.

it really has nothing to do with religion even if the people who filed the lawsuit against her implied it was. they just used it as an excuse which is very ignorant because you can’t lock someone up because they wear something against their religion. it makes no sense.besides, not all egyptians are muslim and not all muslims (and christians for that matter) in egypt are religous.

That is part of the Muslim culture that Muslim women in Middle East is protesting against but SJW have adopted ....what irony. Linda Sarsour goes to these women rallies in US and she is videotaped calling on Muslim brothers to form jihad against Trump and.not to assimilate. Pretty radical Muslim yet loved by our celebs and pro left media. Yeah we all die because people just repeat media talking points and don't really look and understand what's going on. Sad.

No one want their kids to grow up looking like sluts and prostitutes or men hounding after celebrities nudes, which apparently common in the western culture in my opinion is a toxic culture.
